Sandbags Are Now Out for Hull Residents

As promised, the Hull DPW has placed pallets of pre-filled sandbags around town to make it easier for Hull residents to prevent unwanted flood water from entering their homes.

Please be aware of the proper (and allowable) methods of preventing water from entering your homes by abiding by the Sandbag Guidance provided by the Conservation Commission,

The pallets are staged strategically throughout town to make it easier for residents to pick them up.
They are located:
          * to the left of the basketball courts on Atlantic Ave
          * along the fence on Salisbury Street (off George Washington Blvd) near the old VFW
          * at the entrance to the Hampton Circle playground
          * next to the Kenberma basketball courts on Kingsley Rd
          * in the dirt parking lot at N Street near Nantasket Ave
          * in the parking lot at the Saltwater Club
          * to the right of the Village Fire Station

Please take only what you need and leave the rest for other residents that may need some as well.

By taking and using these sandbags, you are acknowledging that you will do so based on the provided ConComm guidance.

As always, sandbags can also be picked up at the DPW Monday through Thursday from 7am until 4:15pm and Fridays from 7am until noon.
